Q: Help! I had an allergic or other adverse reaction! 
A: If you have any adverse reactions to our products, please contact your health care provider immediately. If it is an emergency, please call 911.

Q: Are GIB's FDA approved and EU compliant? 
A: Yes! All of GIB's products are FDA approved and meet Health Canada requirements. Further to that, all of GIB’s products follow EU and UK compliance regulations.

Q: Help my order is missing!?

Q: How do I change or cancel my order? 
A: In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.  

Q: How can I find the status of my order?  
A: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under ‘My Account’.  

Q: Where can I track my order? 
A: We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

Q: My order is missing an item, what should I do? 
A: Please contact us right away at info@giveitbeauty.com  

Q: My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do? 
A: Please contact us right away at info@giveitbeauty.com   

Q: I typed in my wrong address and need to change it 
A: Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.  

Shipping/Returns/Exchanges

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?  
A: Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $75 and over (excluding taxes).  

Q: Do you ship international?  

A: At this time, we only ship to the United States, Canada and US Territories. We also ship to APO and FPO boxes. 

Q: How long is the shipping delivery/processing times?
A: Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack.  For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping can take longer -- roughly 6-8 business days -- if you are outside contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii or 12-14 business days if you are in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, it typically takes 6-8 business days for delivery. For APO, FPO and U.S Territories, please allow roughly 45 days for shipping. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 

Q: Can I ship to a forwarding company? 
A: Sure. Please note that if you choose to use a package forwarding company to ship your order outside of the United States, Give It Beauty will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not be able to offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged if we have reason to believe that they have been delivered to a package forwarding company. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO? 
A: We happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to PO Boxes ship by Standard method only and may take up to 8 business day. Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Q: I forgot my password, how do I login? 
A: If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password” button that appears on the account log-in page and follow instructions to reset it. Need more help? Contact us info@giveitbeauty.com 

Q: How can I unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails? 
A: You can unsubscribe from Give It Beauty emails by clicking the link provided at the bottom of the email to be removed from the mailing list. Please note that unsubscribing from our promotional emails will not affect your receipt of order and shipment confirmations or other transactional notifications for orders placed.
